Black Friday perplexes me. I hate the crowds and the shopping but I love the thought of the upcoming the Holidays!!!!!!
I’m still full from the amazing Thanksgiving Day feast at CT yesterday and that’s got me thinking of CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR’S….. It’s the perfect time to write the menus for our up coming Christmas Eve Supper (“La Vigilia”) and our New Year’s Eve Gala Celebration Dinner. They’re both going to be off the hook!
